OVERVIEW
The brand needed to feel like a studio that can think strategically, build technically, and still keep the work human.
The identity system was designed around a simple tension: technical precision on one side, warm collaboration on the other. Every visual decision had to support clarity, trust, and a sense that the studio is comfortable solving messy product problems.
THE CHALLENGE
Create a brand that feels confident before the first sales conversation — without relying on overused startup polish or decorative noise.
STRATEGY
Four principles kept the brand from becoming decoration.
01
Position first
Anchor every touchpoint in a clear promise before drawing the visual system.
02
System over logo
Build repeatable rules for layout, type, and motion so the brand scales beyond one mark.
03
Restraint creates trust
A calm visual language makes the studio feel dependable, not generic or cold.
04
Distinct in the details
Small typographic and structural moves create a recognizable feel without loud branding.
The identity was designed as a working toolkit.
Instead of one hero mark, the system combines a precise wordmark, strict spacing rules, subdued color, and application layouts that can stretch from pitch decks to product screens.

TYPE SYSTEM
Precision with a human edge.
Geist carries the main voice. Geist Mono handles specifications, metadata, and product-detail rhythm.
APPLICATIONS
The brand system was tested against deck pages, proposal covers, landing modules, and product UI surfaces.
PROCESS
From messy notes to launch-ready rules.
01
Discovery and positioning
Mapped audience concerns, founder language, offer clarity, and the competitive cues the brand needed to avoid.
02
Concept routes
Developed three possible directions, then stress-tested each one against web, deck, social, and product contexts.
03
Refinement and rules
Compressed the chosen route into a practical system: spacing, lockups, color use, type hierarchy, and application templates.
OUTCOME
A brand format that feels considered, fast to apply, and ready for the next layer of product storytelling.
